We believe our corporate social responsibly to be broader than shareholder profit, or even Customer success, should that come at the expense of other stakeholders such as employees, the community, business partners, or the environment.

Our Vision


We share with B Corporations, a vision of a global economy that uses business as a force for good, where companies create benefit for all stakeholders, not just one.
We believe that:

  • we must lead and be the change we seek in the world.
  • all business ought to be conducted as if people and place mattered.
  • through their products, practices, and profits, businesses should aspire to do no harm and benefit all.
  • to do so requires that we act with the understanding that we are each dependent upon another and responsible for future generations.

Clients We support our Clients' revenue growth. We boost our Clients' non-financial KPIs, such as brand awareness, number of followers, etc.
We provide them with Strategic advice and Market intelligence.
We connect them with local partners to contribute their goals whenever possible.
Members Our sales members enjoy Bonus plans tied to their achievements. We organize team events and offer skill improvement training to strengthen team cohesion and promote creativity and ideas.
Environment As a member of the 1% for the Planet program, we give 1% of our Revenue to vetted Non-Profit Organizations with social and environmental purposes. We focus on environment conscious Customers,
We prefer environment conscious suppliers, platforms and influencers,
We organize awareness events, such as our yearly Earth Day event, and contribute to others,
We build sustainability-related services: B Corp certification support, to broaden the number of B Corp in Japan and raise awareness on B Corp,
We support the Japan Climate Initiative, and the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)."
Suppliers - We have no supplier with material impact at this point. But we do give preference to suppliers with strong environmental standards and commitments, such as B Corp, and then local suppliers. We also prefer products with little or no plastic, made from recycled materials, and reusable / recyclable themselves.
Local Community - We actively participate in local community activities, such as cleanup events, to promote social contribution and understanding of the SDGs. Through our engagement, we aim to enhance community wellbeing and foster a sustainable future.
