Next Level Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) complies with laws, national guidelines, and other norms related to the protection of personal information. The Company properly acquires, uses, and manages the personal information of clients and business partners handled in the course of its business.
Acquisition and Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company acquires and uses personal information appropriately within the scope of the specified purposes of use and implements necessary measures to ensure that the information is not used beyond those purposes (unauthorized use).
The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:
- To enter into and maintain contracts with business Customers and partners.
- To process requests from Customers and business partners and to fulfill contractual obligations with these Customers.
- To respond to inquiries from website users.
- For recruitment activities and personnel management.
- To provide and operate recruitment services.
Management of Personal Information
The Company has established internal regulations to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and ensures strict implementation of these measures.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not share personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases:
- When required by a court, regulatory authority, or other public institution under a legally enforceable order.
- When personal information is disclosed to external contractors engaged in service operations or related tasks, provided that a confidentiality agreement is in place, and provided that the information is disclosed only to the extent necessary for task performance.
Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Personal Information Use
The Company addresses complaints and inquiries related to the handling of personal information.
If users wish to request disclosure, correction, addition, or suspension of the use of their personal information, they may contact the Company through the “Contact Us” section on the website. The Company will respond promptly within reasonable limits.
Continuous Improvement of Personal Information Management Systems
Recognizing the importance of protecting personal information, the Company establishes a Personal Information Protection Management System (PMS). The system is regularly reviewed and audited to ensure its effectiveness and continuously improved.
Personal Information of Website Users
The Company operates the website https://nextlevel.global (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”). Simply visiting or browsing the Website does not result in the collection of personal information. However, the Company may collect necessary personal information from users when they apply for services or make inquiries.
- Cookies:
The Website may use “cookies” to provide better services tailored to users who revisit. Cookies do not identify individual users unless personal information is explicitly entered by the user. Users may adjust their browser settings to refuse cookies. - Log Data:
The Website records user information in the form of log data, which is used for statistical analysis of usage patterns. Log data includes IP addresses, access counts, and page views but does not contain information that identifies individuals. - External Links:

All Contracts are due in full regardless of any Termination Notice or actual Termination, unless a Termination Clause is including in your Contract.
We are an official recruitment agency (有料人材紹介事業) with license number 13-ユ-311639. Our placement Contingency fees are 35% of the anticipated gross annual remuneration package of the resource.
For Sales Development Consultancy, if your contract includes dedicated Sales Development personnel, recruiting costs are borne by Next Level up to 2 (two) months of paid advertising, including scouting, and screening. Should Next Level be unable to source a suitable candidate within two months of paid advertisement at its own cost, then Client shall bear any additional recruiting costs.
Payment Terms: End of the month following the month of invoice (末締め翌月末払い) unless otherwise indicated in your Contract. All amounts invoiced are due in full as stated on our invoices, in other words all bank fees are borne by the Client.
Next Level’s invoices are issued at the beginning of each month, for the upcoming month, and to be paid, i.e. funds received, by the last day of that month, Japan time. Payment delays will not be accepted and will result in interruption of service.
Published Daily Consulting Rate: ¥150,000 exclusive of any tax. For Sales Development services to non-Japanese Clients, we require a 2-month deposit.
We offer a 10% discount on our fees to NPOs, B Corporations, and other selected climate change mitigation solution providing Clients. Please enquire if you feel that you may be eligible.
