Other Terms as of September 30th, 2023:

All Contracts are due in full regardless of any Termination Notice or actual Termination, unless a Termination Clause is including in your Contract.
We are an official recruitment agency (有料人材紹介事業) with license number 13-ユ-311639. Our placement Contingency fees are 35% of the anticipated gross annual remuneration package of the resource.
We also hold a Temporary Placement (労働者派遣事業) license number 派13-315687.

For Sales Development Consultancy, if your contract includes dedicated Sales Development personnel, recruiting costs are borne by Next Level up to 2 (two) months of paid advertising, including scouting, and screening. Should Next Level be unable to source a suitable candidate within two months of paid advertisement at its own cost, then Client shall bear any additional recruiting costs.

Payment Terms: End of the month following the month of invoice (末締め翌月末払い) unless otherwise indicated in your Contract. All amounts invoiced are due in full as stated on our invoices, in other words all bank fees are borne by the Client.

Next Level’s invoices are issued at the beginning of each month, for the upcoming month, and to be paid, i.e. funds received, by the last day of that month, Japan time. Payment delays will not be accepted and will result in interruption of service.

Published Daily Consulting Rate: ¥150,000 exclusive of any tax. For Sales Development services to non-Japanese Clients, we require a 2-month deposit.

We offer a 10% discount on our fees to NPOs, B Corporations, and other selected climate change mitigation solution providing Clients. Please enquire if you feel that you may be eligible.
